An authentic restoration of the beautiful art deco building from 1937 has been a labour of love. They provide a friendly and funky atmosphere with awesome coffee and cakes - something a little different from the usual gallery.
They have created an authentic 1940s and 50s environment to suit handcrafted works of creation by artists and artisans. Tootsie was built originally in 1936 and opened in 1937 as the Hume Service Station. One of the first service stations between Melbourne and Sydney and the first all night service station....
