This fabulous residence is in the most superb location with absolute sea frontage leading to 8km's of white sandy beach and crystal clear water - perhaps you would just like to relax on the 60 square metre deck and take in the panoramic views and activity surrounding the jetty, boat ramp and bay.

This spacious entertainer's delight compliments family holidays, work study groups or conferences, a base to explore the Island's world famous natural habitat, fishing trips or perhaps just the chance to "run away and hide!"

Comprising two living areas both formal and informal, the choice is yours to kick back and watch the television, listen to music, play games or perhaps take some time out to sit down and read a good book by the fire in the formal living area.

The two dining areas are ideal for any occasion and are both adjacent to the modern stainless steel kitchen which has a large pantry, dishwasher and breakfast bar. There is a large formal dining table for evening meals or conferencing or the smaller round table for more casual eating / gathering.

Walking through the house past the formal living area you move up to the second level with its glass atrium bathed in natural sunlight. (Bedroom 3 & 4 and a third bathroom and toilet are also located on this level.) The Bunk Room also has a Televison and DVD player in it.
