Travel Guide - Paringa Estate winery was established by owner and winemaker Lindsay McCall in 1985. Situated on the Mornington Peninsula in the beautiful Red Hill amongst 10 acres of vines. Paringa Estate Winery is a unique vineyard combined with passionate and brilliant winemaking meaning Paringa Estate shines as a beacon in this region. Paringa Estate Winery specialise in producing Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Shiraz and Pinot Gris and have won many awards for their excellent wines. There is an excellent restaurant at the cellar door which have beautiful views of the vineyards. The Chef's primary influences stem from his extensive travels while his passion lies in using seasonal and local produce to create modern interpretations of classic European cuisine. With magnificent valley views from every table, the restaurant provides a convivial atmosphere for either a relaxed lunch or sophisticated dinner.
