Classic varieties that thrive in a cooler climate plus some newbies. 'La Prova' means 'the trial' or 'the experiment'. These are Italian varieties in Australia. Great growers and terroir, perfectly matched to the variety. Open the first weekend of each month, Saturday and Sunday, 11am to 5pm.
